Agreement

By accessing or using LandingScore at https://landingscore.app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Exalta LLC ("we," "us") may change these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service

LandingScore provides automated analysis of public web pages you submit (for example GEO, CRO, and SEO-style scoring and reports). Outputs are informational and not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate law or third-party rights.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems, or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Submit URLs or content you are not authorized to test, or use the Service to harass others.
• Resell or scrape the Service in bulk without our written permission.

Accounts and payments

Some features may require an account or payment. Fees, renewals, and refunds are described at checkout or in separate communications. You must provide accurate billing information and keep your account credentials secure.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, branding, and our materials. You retain rights to your content; you grant us a limited license to process URLs and content you submit solely to operate and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Exalta LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by law.
